Medium-dry cidre, full bodied with apple and leather aromas with a subtle balance between acidity, bitterness and sweetness. Best enjoyed as an apéritif or paired with white meats, cheeses and apple desserts.

The nose is complex, delicately spicy with black fruits aromas. The palate has a pleasant roudness with a subtle tannin structure expressing the notes of fruit and spice found in the nose. It is a smooth, broad, long and generous red wine with an appealing velvy texture.

This wine has a clear gold colour, slightly tilered. The nose is both fruity and delectable with an opening up on notes of flowers, apricot and very ripe pear. The palate is fat and broad, highly enjoyable and the finish magnificent.
