Sales / Business development manager
Responsibilities:
-
Hunt, Build and expand relationships with customer, merchant/retailers and partners that will create tremendous value to the business

Create qualified leads by handling inbound inquiries, cold-calling, marketing strategies, etc

Continuously refresh sales pipeline by sourcing up and coming players
-
Use competitive insights to inform selling strategies and strategic directions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and marketing

Coordinate with customer and Onboarding team throughout the onboarding and go-live process to ensure customers are live according to the timeline.

Establish close relationships with customers to gain an insightful understanding of their business, identify their unique qualities and challenges to develop values growth strategies.

Develop and pitch for new marketing budget from customers to achieve goals set.

Engage with the internal Marketing team or external agencies and liaise with customers to execute marketing strategies.

Track, monitor and report on merchants performance, coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the company's goals and merchant personas are met

Assist customers in day-to-day operational queries.

Periodically review sales strategies, keep abreast of internal product offerings and knowledge as well as those of competitors.
Requirements:

2 - 3 years experience in business development, B2B/B2B2C sales, lead generation, marketing, or related roles
-
Background from B2B, retail, eCommerce is a plus
-
Strong desire in working in a start-up environment and comfortable with always evolving business strategy

Creative and well-organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills, full business proficiency in both Mandarin and English

Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing creative concepts, graphic and artworks of marketing materials across branding, advertising, website etc

Execute design requests from rough layout design to finishing final layout

Liaise with agencies, art and print service providers to complete projects and ensure the deliverables will match quality standard and timeline

Create eye-catching ads, infographics, and illustrations for our website, apps, and social media campaigns that millions of people around the world will see.

Design beautiful layouts and come up with refreshing new concepts to make our users excited.

Maintain and improve a brand identity that consumers around the world trust and recognize.

Drive and participate in creative design thinking workshops to support our discovery processes.

Work closely with product management, product marketing, sales, PR, brand strategy, data analysts, engineering, video, content strategists, and more.

Encourage your team and stakeholders to embrace, and solve, design challenges.
Requirements:

Diploma or above in Graphic Design or related disciplines

1 - 2 years of relevant experience

Proficient and hands-on experience in using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator etc design softwares

Ecommerce manager
Responsibilities:

Lead a young and energetic team to develop and execute ideas for customer acquisition

Plan eCommerce marketing and promotion strategies to drive business growth. This includes social media, EDM, promotion campaigns and more

Build strong business relationship with customers through robust engagement and strategic collaboration to achieve sales target and brand awareness to generate demand

Analyse consumer landscape and create data driven marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and the best practice and demonstrate experience in leading and managing CRM, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns; Execute the marketing & communication strategies set up by management

Senior/Digital Sales & Marketing Manager
The Role:

In-charge daily marketing operations for company’s brand

Execute campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention

Develop and manage digital content to drive user engagement, including Social Media Platforms, and Company’s online platform
-
Monitor all communication channels (e.g. social media/web store) with users and provide quick responses
-
Generate different analytic data and user insights to refine digital marketing strategies
-
Assisting seniors in daily routines.
Job Requirement:

3 - 5 years relevant experience in managing digital marketing or social community
-
Holder of accredited certificates, diplomas, degrees obtained in programmes of post-secondary or tertiary institutes, preferably in Marketing, Communication, PR or related disciplines

Cross-border e-commerce or B2B experience with online payment management
-
Experience in driving the implementation of innovation or new business initiatives
-
Experience in marketing campaign deployment

Digital marketing experience in B2B/B2C/Fintech/banking/consumer goods or services are also welcome

Good sense in Marketing, both offline and online.

Knowledge in using video editing and graphics software is a plus.
